Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik

The hotel had amazing views, luxurious rooms, and great facilities. The staff were friendly and cute, and the food was delicious. The breakfast options were fabulous and they even provided packed lunches for trips. The Piano Bar had beautiful views of the sea and the Old walls. an amazing stay.

This hotel is amazing in all areas. It is conveniently located close to Dubrovnik's attractions and the beach club, although the loud music at the club can be disruptive. The rooms are fabulous, with spacious layouts and plenty of outlets to charge devices. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The view of the water and the walled city is breathtaking.

The loud music from the nearby beach club can be quite bothersome, especially during the late hours of the night.

Location and staff were OK, I loved it. The room I booked was recently renovated and available with beautiful sunset views, terrace, as for instance. Don't forget to explore Ploce district...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and so helpful! The room I had was really comfortable and had a fantastic view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach area. The restaurant in the evening, on the terrace, was fantastic with a master chef cooking us the most delicious meals. The hotel had great facilities and the breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of items.

Great location, just minutes from the old town and with amazing views. Beautifully refurbished modern hotel with contemporary decor. Luxury amenities and fantastic views from the rooms. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of options. Easy access to the old town gates for exploring.

Slow service down by the waterfront, struggled to get towels and order food/drinks. Unannounced entry into the room by a hotel worker, who seemed surprised to find us there.

I had an very nice stay at a waterfront hotel with fine views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast every morning, complete with champagne. The hotel had a private beach and saltwater pool, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful accommodations and fantastic amenities.

This venue is a haven where luxury and exclusivity meet. the rooms are spacious, and the amenities are first-class. the indoor pool is refreshing, and the Turkish bath is a relaxing experience. the beach access is very convenient, and the restaurant offers a divine dining experience. the bar/lounge area is a perfect spot to unwind, and breakfast is to die for.

Don't expect the best service around. Despite the friendly staff, turning down service is inconsistent, and tea cups are often not replaced.

Amazing sea view, nicely decorated room. Walking distance to the old city. Free upgrade to a room with a big balcony and complimentary extra bed for my child. Newly renovated property with an amazing indoor pool area. Ideal for families with children.
